Am I allowed to do Refund, Return & exchange?
Yes; Exchange is allowed within 2 days after the product is received. In the case of a Return & Refund, only instant return & refund is possible. You just need to ask the delivery to wait for a while so that you can check the product. In case of a return, you need to pay the delivery charge).
Conditions for Exchange & Return:
*The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with no flaws. Products are often tried on to ascertain if they fit and can still be considered unworn.
*The product must be an unused and intact product with tags & labels.
*Within 2 days of purchase.
What, if I lost the money receipt/tags/barcode?
It will be considered for losing the cash receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us the purchased contact number just in case of losing the cash receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history.
The Exchange Offer won’t be valid anymore for bending or tearing apart the tags or barcode.
Note: If there’s any problem from our side we’ll offer FREE Returns, Exchanges, or Refund otherwise customer has got to bear the return shipping expense.
* All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with no flaws.
How to return the product(s) to MATSH for Exchange or Refund?
Refund & Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make an instant return after checking the product. you just need to ask the delivery to wait for a while so that you can check the product. In case of a return, you need to pay the delivery charge.
Exchange Policy: You can exchange a product within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. In case of an exchange, you need to pay the Exchange Delivery charge.
*Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to achieve us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return alongside a reference number as we aren’t responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, MATSH will not issue store credit for your returns.
